Это библиотека для движка PCMS.
Распакуйте архив в папке с движком и пропишите в index.php код-ссылку:

Часть работы сделана. переходим на главную, по ссылке в библиотеку. Тем временем надо залить файлы *.txt в папку lib, по фтп. Первая строка - название статьи.
Скрипт выводит по 7 файлов на страницу, их вес. При выборе статьи нам выдает до 3000 символов на страницу с удобной постраничной навигацией.

Установка: Добавьте файл с архива в папку со скриптом. У нас это index.php.
